It is important that you work alone and without interruption and that there should be no outside disturbance.

Once these conditions are met, please select “log on” . Should the Internet connection be interrupted: log on once again and you may continue.

Should an error message appear once you have entered your personal log on data: please try again and check your entries carefully.

If the diagnostic still fails to start: please contact the person who transmitted you your personal log on data.
